As part of the Tweed Fusion Weekend , the foreshore walk from Cabarita Beach up to Norries Headland sets the stage for an exciting free public art event like no other. Taking creative works out of the gallery and onto the beach so that visitors can take a walk and contemplate sculptures, performers, buskers and artists juxtaposed with Australia’s natural coastal surrounding.
The park at Norries Headland and the 2km walkway along the headland will be converted into a bazaar of local artisans and designers with live music and food stalls. This unique event provides local creatives with the opportunity to exhibit and sell their creative work, run workshops or do performances all within the stimulating, expansive coastal landscape of the Cabarita Beach.
